Generally our searching magnet is composed of an outer round cup steel  and a ring neodymium magnets inside with a hole in the centre or a disc magnets, which has been broadly applied into fishing application.

The inner magnet of cup magnets could form a special magnetic circle with the the housing steel when putting it on an ferrous material surface, which is much be strongger than the the magnet self can do. At the same time, the outer cup steel can prevent the inside magnets from damaged or crushed. In some of applications, it can be filled with Epoxy between the cup steel and the magnet to stop some iron dust adsorbed into the gap.

Loaf Magnet

Loaf Magnet is formed to be useful for our customers' U-shuttering system , which make many adaption applications available.  The strong magnetic force are compressed into a small steel box. After magnets assemblied, the spare space was fulfilled with black epoxy material to resist dust. Also it could keep the inside magnets damage from concrete and  much longer working life.

At present,our company already helped our customers to design and operate two types of loaf magnets with 350kgs and 900kgs adhesive force.

These magnets could perform as well as Ratec shuttering magnets, but it's only charged much lower cost.

The above ball could be on turning around of 360° rotation on a 180° axis. This holding magnetic assembly used to apply in 3D printer, cameras, light fixtures and other device applications.

The shuttering magnet is assemblied with very strong neodymium magnets ans steel parts. Due to the powerful magnet and special design, the magnetic assembly is filled with over 1000kgs pulling force.

Usually it's applied into the shuttering magnets (www.neodymium-magnete.com)with a covering steel box to control the force with a push/ pull button. Also this kind of holding magnets could be available in inserting into the plateform directly. The question is the worker needs to release the magnets out by a long steel sticker after the project finished.

★ Features:This attractor has strong permanent magnet power,can attract irons/steel pieces or iron/steel substances onto its lower end or around itself.This attractor can allure iron/steel pieces or iron substances in liquids,in powder or among grains and/or granules,such as attracting iron substances from electroplating bath, separating iron dusts,iron dhips,and iron filings from lathes,attracting small iron needles and pieces fallen on the ground or separating iron/steel things from other materials.

★ Application:Put the attractor into the area or container or bath where there are iron/steel pieces or substances,and they will gather to the lower end or round itself.Then put the attractor into the recovery tray,and pull the handle up,and some of the iron and/or steel substances will fall into the tray,the rest might be retained by the blocking piece,but they will fall into the recovery tray.Position of the blocking piece may be adjusted as need be,reset the attractor after all iron pieces and/or iron substances have fallen into the recovery tray.Reset this attractor and you can apply it again and again and the magnetic power will never weaken.
